3.5 Accounts:  We offer a “manual payment” option at checkout for pre-approved businesses only.  If you feel you are eligible, please contact us first to discuss eligibility.  Orders placed will be invoiced on 30-day payment terms.

3.6 Allergies:

It is your responsibility to inform us of allergies.

Our products are produced in a kitchen where food products such celery, cereals containing gluten (such as oats and barley), eggs, lupin, milk, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites and tree nuts such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts, therefore traces may be found.

All products are clearly marked with a comprehensive ingredients list!  If you have a relevant food allergy, it is your responsibility to check this.

Shipping and Delivery

4.1. Shipping: We will make reasonable efforts to ship your order within the specified timeframe. However, we are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by factors beyond our control. 

4.2. Delivery: Delivery times may vary based on your location. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from delayed or failed delivery.

Returns and Refunds

5.1. Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return.  Given the perishable nature of our products, returns must be requested on the day of receipt, subject to our return policy.

5.2. Refunds: Refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy, and any eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
